That’s why we want to make self-care as simple as it should be by being consumer-led always, with science at our core.Through our unique and balanced portfolio of more than 100 loved brands, including 15 global and local high-growth challengers such as Telfast, Dulcolax and Buscopan, we deliver our mission: helping more than half a billion consumers worldwide take their health in their hands.This mission is brought to life by an 11,000-strong team, 13 best-in-class manufacturing sites, and 4 specialized science and innovation development centers.Main responsibilities:Ensure purchase requirements are placed on suppliers in accordance with the forecast and planning parameters, are maintained and updated in terms of delivery timing and quantities with alignment between all systems that are used (e.g. SAP, Kinaxis).Follow up on Past Due Orders with the Supplier to avoid supply disruption and review them regularly to ensure efficient and effective supply of product; including Safety stock, lot sizes, firm periods, mode of transport, manufacturing and delivery lead times.Develop positive working relationships with Suppliers through regular communication (email, phone, teleconference and visits as appropriate).Identify and coordinate potential alternative avenues of supply and suppliers when required.Communicate monthly Supplier Performance reports to each supplier to monitor past performance and ensure positive future supply through IBP process.Raise import permits for deliveries as required.Update and distribute Out of Stock and Low Stock Reporting daily for plant and supply sources and weekly for sales teams.Develop Out of Stock and Low Stock communication plans to minimize the impact to customers and consumers, tailoring these plans to specific situations.Monitor Slow Moving and Obsolete Reports for any supply impacts due to maintenance of minimum shelf-life requirements.Work to achieve Regional Inventory Targets and within Global Inventory Policy.Conduct Daily Stock Reconciliation, Inventory adjustments and movements as required.Prepare Monthly Inventory Reporting including all write-offs and reasons.Continually validate Supply Chain procedures and systems, identifying areas for improvement opportunities at all levels (local and regional).Identify areas for cost reductions (C.O.G’s, secondary packaging, freight, warehousing and distribution).Provide accurate information for Local Reporting and Budget reviews.About youEducation:Bachelors Degree in Business, Logistics or Engineering preferred.Experience:Supply Chain background within a Multinational or Large FMCG company desirable. Solid understanding of overall company processes, corporate & organisational structure (connection between Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, Brand, Sales etc).Technical Skills:Proficient in using MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI.Soft Skills:Strong Communication and interpersonal skills. Negotiation and influencing abilities, lead change management. Capacity to work transversally. High level Analytical skills.
