Responsibilities We are looking for someone who is an experienced and qualified Electrician with demonstrated skills in managing or leading a team and who is able to take ownership, paired with strong technical capabilities. This is a hands-on leadership role and the successful candidate will join our site in Auburn, Sydney, working Monday-Friday. This role is the key role where you will interface with our customer and contribute towards the development of a collaborative relationship to ensure the seamless management and execution of the contractual agreement required to rectify repairs and maintenance of our automation equipment. Here's what you'll do: Manage and coordinate the automation equipment maintenance services for our customer site in Auburn. Represent Swisslog to the customer for all on-site issues and act as the communication channel between the facility management (customer), Swisslog and its suppliers. Monitor the operation in a proactive manner to ensure equipment availability, servicing and performance is in accordance with contract and SLA's. Review and update the Preventative Maintenance (PM) Plan to achieve schedules, forecast and mitigate potential risks to output across labour planning, equipment, tools, projects and costs. Promote a positive working relationship with customers through exceptional customer service strategies across regular communication, maintenance problem solving, identifying areas of improvements to customer, prioritising customer needs. Ensure all contractual service level agreement documentation are completed and submitted on time. Coordinate teams to complete daily maintenance and cleaning routines in accordance with the MHS Supplier's Maintenance Program. Develop safety as part of the culture through behavioural management, compliance and promotion of safety processes and policies. Application Requirements The day-to-day maintenance is extremely important and the key activities to driving success include: Thorough planning of lifecycle maintenance including labour requirements, team structure, task delegation and spare parts requirements. Collaborating with key account manager and customer to identify and drive site project upgrades. Revamping monthly account KPI report to drive proactive management and instil customer confidence through planned communication. The key to your success will be your natural ability to manage and guide the team whilst being someone who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and perform operational tasks required. Additionally, you will be diligent in your approach to planning ensuring the execution of site activities are strategic and proactive. Ideally your technical background will come from maintenance across automation equipment in DC's however this is not mandatory. Technical qualifications are required, ideally within electrical field however mechanical will also be considered.
