Position Details ADMINISTRATION OFFICER We are seeking to appoint a part-time Administration Officer working 3 days per week (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday).
This is an ongoing position commencing 28 April and a thorough handover will be conducted with the outgoing admin officer.
St Denis School is a Catholic school within the Joondanna Parish. It is a single stream co-educational primary school with an enrolment of 250 students from Pre-Kindy to Year Six. It was originally opened in 1951 by the Servite Friars, together with the sisters of Mercy. The school maintains a close relationship with the Parish.
This position is a shared role, primarily responsible for the day-to-day running of the school's main office, all new student enrolments, the administration of current student/family details and dealing with student medical needs.
This role will report to the Principal.
Duties and Responsibilities Day to day running of the school's main officeAdministering basic first aid to studentsReceiving and following up all new enrolment enquiries and expressions of interestManaging new student enrolments and the associated documentationMaintaining and updating as required all current student/family detailsFrequent communication and interaction with all members of the school communityThis role would suit an organised and personable individual who demonstrates initiative.
