About The Role
The Recruitment Consultant position is highly regarded and vital in our organisation. It comes with varied responsibilities and objectives. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be based either in Brisbane or in Sydney and will directly report to the Division Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identifying opportunities to gain new clients and accounts within the sector
* Candidate talent pooling and management (permanent vacancies)
* Developing headhunting strategies
* Working with your client to ensure delivery and workforce planning is effective and productive
* Create and manage marketing campaigns and networking events to increase your talent pool
* Client attraction strategies and quality lead generation within the Healthcare & Pathology space
* Key Account Management and Strategic Account Consultancy
* Business Development and revenue growth
* Working with your Division Manager to set personal targets and goals
* Mentoring of junior consultants
* Act as a trusted advisor within the Healthcare & Pathology team for all matters relating to recruitment systems, philosophies and values, processes and procedures
What You Will Need To Succeed:
* A driven, outgoing Recruitment Consultant who is passionate about delivering a specialised professional, Healthcare and Pathology-Focused service while partnering with candidates and clients in a consultative style
* Your passion for developing meaningful relationships and new business should be strong
* You will have a can-do and positive outlook and be able to work successfully with senior client stakeholders within the Healthcare & Pathology industries
* Previous experience in a similar Recruitment Consultancy role is essential
* Good commercial acumen and market knowledge within the Healthcare and OR Pathology space
* A strong strategic mindset (talent pooling and new business initiatives) Candidate/delivery focused
* Ability to build relationships with key opinion leaders and decision-makers
* Proven ability to manage key accounts
* Able to be extremely mobile to travel out to client sites and occasionally interstate
