Key Responsibilities
* SUPERVISE A TEAM OF NATIONAL STAFF: Lead a team of national staff, demonstrating patience, awareness, and a focus on people.
* MANAGE SERVICE OPERATIONS: Oversee the computer system, Reynolds & Reynolds, and ensure seamless service delivery.
* Foster a Growth-Oriented Culture: Encourage advancement within the group for staff who demonstrate skills and abilities.
Requirements
* PRIOR EXPERIENCE: Essential experience as a Service or Fixed Operations Manager in a franchised dealership.
* MACRO PROFITABILITY APPROACH: Prioritize macro profitability over micro efficiency.
