Your new roleAs a Recruitment Co-ordinator, you will be an essential part of the Talent Acquisition team. Your role will involve managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting top talent to coordinating interviews and facilitating the onboarding of new hires. Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to; Partnering with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Using a variety of sourcing methods to identify and engage potential candidates. Conducting initial candidate screenings and coordinating interview schedules. Keeping accurate and up-to-date records while maintaining confidentiality at all times. Assisting with the onboarding process to ensure new employees have a smooth transition. What you'll need to succeedTo excel in this role, you will need; Demonstrated experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
