Our Supply Chain is the heart of our success and is driven by our passionate, innovative people.Your RoleWe are currently seeking a Master Data Controller to ensure the accuracy and governance of product master data across stores, factories, and warehouse networks. This is a hybrid role looking after our Trade Stores and Supply Chain functions. This includes managing product data throughout the product lifecycle and overseeing the sales order allocation processes. Additionally, the role involves close collaboration with the Trade Master Data team, Business Analyst-Range, Store Managers, and the Supply Chain Operations team. It also includes maintaining master data for non-company-owned stores.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure that product master data in SAP is accurate and well-maintained, including product lifecycle and sub-contract materialsExpand and optimize materials for warehouse-supplied stores, ensuring that finished goods data aligns seamlessly with governance guidelinesPlay a key role in system development projects by testing, documenting, and implementing innovative solutions for Trade Store networksTackle challenges with confidence—troubleshoot errors, resolve replenishment data issues, align master data flags across systems, and streamline bulk data uploadsCollaborate closely with key stakeholders to maintain accurate replenishment and stocking data, driving efficiency and reliabilitySkills & ExperienceA background in logistics, procurement, production, materials, or Supply Chain Management is desirableExpertly skilled in handling large data sets, uncovering meaningful insights, and leveraging ERP systems like SAP to improve efficiencyPassionate about streamlining operations, driving continuous improvement, and transforming complex situations into practical solutionsProficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Power BI, to enhance data interpretation and reportingA collaborative team player with the ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and adherence to processesHow to apply:We are looking to speak with applicants as soon as possible.
