Our commitment to Montessori principles places individuals at the core of their care, tailoring services to their unique preferences and needs, promoting autonomy, dignity, and empowerment.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Generate monthly management reports and conduct comprehensive month-end balance sheet reconciliations.Assist in preparing & maintaining cash flow forecasting.Investigate budget variances, support Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes, and oversee debtor management.Assist with statutory reporting and the standardisation of financial accounting processes.Manage daily supplier invoices, perform bank reconciliations, and provide support in payroll administration.Qualifications:Experience with Xero is highly desirable.Familiarity with balance sheet reconciliations.A valuable advantage: Working experience in the aged and disability sector in roles such as accountant or accounting officer (or similar).Strong communication skills.
