In this role, not only will you service guests for our 6 and 8-course chef's tasting menu, but also work event bookings, from weddings to corporate lunches.You need to hold a valid RSA, be eligible to work within Australia and have the flexibility and reliability to work casually across, and up to, seven days a week.Ideally, you'll have experience in a fine dining or restaurant environment, however what really matters is your ability to present in a polished manner, communicate professionally and know how to deliver personal and memorable experiences to guests.Excellent customer service and problem-solving skillsFine-dining experience advantageousResponsible Service of Alcohol (required)Sound written communication and presentation skillsStrong organisational skills with the ability to work as a team playerAbility to create, develop and service techniques for various customer needsExcellent food and beverage knowledgeAbility to work under pressure, set priorities and provide a high level of customer serviceA collaborative style with the ability to work in a team environmentA pre-employment medical may be required as part of this recruitment process.Are you ready to join us?
