As we continue to accelerate the development program, and expand the aircraft flight envelope through the test program, we are seeking the very best talent from a range of backgrounds to help grow and contribute to our innovative team.As a Graduate Production Engineer you will join our team supporting the cutting edge MQ-28 Ghost Bat program.
In this role you will: * Support the establishment and ongoing execution of the future full rate MQ28 production facility.
* Participate in refining the production system design for the composite fabrication and aircraft assembly.
* Facilitate and implement manufacturing plans and related work instructions.
* Validate and ensure production readiness of solutions to complex problems.
* Analyze design/build concepts to evaluate producible design/build definitions.
* Develop and implement production and tooling methodologies.
* Conduct investigations on manufacturing processes to identify root cause of defects, propose and lead corrective action projects.
* Contributes to the build and compliance reporting to ensure the production products conform to the product design.
