ResponsibilitiesOwn the design process for UX and UI within the CRO space, creating UI and interactions for digital environments.Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to understand customer needs and business objectives in order to translate them into effective and engaging online experiences.Facilitate the design process by engaging relevant team members and ensuring all stakeholders are informed and involved in terms of solution, timelines, and issues.Assist in facilitating Workshops, Design Reviews, and Retros & proof of concepts.Leverage insights and data to identify points of friction for users and conversion blockers/issues and present these findings back to the team to turn into experiments.Demonstrate great organisational skills to manage your time based on the team's needs and help guide prioritisation discussions.Stay up to date with the latest developments in UX, CRO, and digital marketing.Balance UX purity and recommendations with business priorities and system limitations.Stay informed about innovation and new technology trends or practices, particularly in the area of mobile, responsive web design, applications, and rapid prototyping.Ability to multi-task and manage several projects simultaneously in an agile & fast-paced environment.
