South West Sydney Location Rapidly Growing Business To $100k Com Car Or Car Allowance Our client is an area landmark, multi franchised new car dealership located in south west Sydney. They are seeking to employ a switched on Service Manager to take charge of this important area of their business. The dealership is expanding with a new service department coming soon. On offer is a fully negotiable salary package depending on experience, security of tenure and a friendly working environment. Applicants for this position must have all the required attributes of a successful service manager. You will have current or recent Service Manager experience in ERA, gained in a franchised dealership environment. You will have strong management, people handling, costing and organisational skills, along with the ability to motivate your staff to achieve their potential. You will encourage upselling, monitor efficiency and productivity, and work to achieve total customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on position. The service department is expected to open on Saturday mornings in the near future with rostered staff. A fully negotiable salary package is on offer, depending on previous experience. As a guide, it will consist of a retainer to $100k depending on previous experience, super, car (or car allowance of $180 per week) and commission structure. On Target Earnings will approx. $150k.
