In this role, you will create high-quality dishes, contribute to menu development, and manage kitchen operations. You will also mentor junior staff, ensuring food safety standards and efficient kitchen performance in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.Key Responsibilities:Prepare high-quality dishes across various kitchen sections, with a strong focus on a la carte, buffet, larder, mise-en-place, room service, and banquets.Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and organization in the kitchen.Contribute to the development of new menu items to enhance the guest dining experience.Mentor and supervise junior staff, offering guidance and training.Apply diverse cooking styles and techniques to deliver exceptional dishes.Foster strong communication and coordination within the kitchen brigade.QualificationsWe are looking for candidates who are passionate about growth and development and committed to making a meaningful impact within our team.
