We are looking for an experienced Workforce Planner to join the CGA team on a full time basis
THE POSITION
1. Drive compliance and process evolution to our labour budgets
2. Support operations to make forecasted accurate and financially impacting decisions
3. Actioning and day to day management of the Workforce Plan
4. Forecast labour demand and supply
5. Stakeholder management and provide interface between client, customers and sites
6. Develop and maintain effective business relationships
THE PERSON
7. Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and develop teams with an emphasis on fostering growth, diversity and inclusion
8. Proven track record of extracting actionable insights from complex data sets, with the ability to convert analytics into real-world solutions
9. Experience in working with roster to pay labour systems
10. Proficient in tools such as MS Excel
11. Experience with BI tools, with the ability to create, interpret and share dashboards and reports
12. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage, collaborate and form impactful partnerships with diverse stakeholders
