Conditions of Employment
1. Salary: $69,117 to $104,493 pro rata per annum + 11% Superannuation
2. Classification: Allied Health Professional Level 1-2
3. Award/Agreement: Allied Health Professionals Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement
4. Location: North-West (Devonport 7310 & Burnie 7320) & North (Launceston 7250)
5. Hours of Work: Multiple vacancies across teams and regions. Permanent full-time day work, fixed term full time and part time day work starting ASAP.

About the Roles
Children, Youth and Families (CYF) provides integrated programs that support all children, young people, and their families in Tasmania.
We work with young people, their families, community, and non-government support agencies to strengthen the capacity of families and individuals to provide adequate support, care, and safety to children. We work in a statutory environment, delivering services to children and families who are NDIS, Federal Care and Intensive Family Support clients. Experience working in these sectors would be an advantage and a current driver’s licence is essential. Work in all areas of CSS: Assessment teams, Advice and Referral Line (ARL), Case Management and Out of Home Care.
Duties Include
22. Under general supervision, provide quality, timely and effective intervention, and case management services within a defined child safety service delivery framework, working within the Tasmanian Child Protection Professional Practice Standards.
23. Engage and work with children and young persons and their families to promote safety, stability, and development of the child, and to strengthen family capacity. This includes directly guiding, encouraging, and supporting the child and family while monitoring impacts and outcomes

Essential Requirements
24. Tertiary qualification/program of study accredited by the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) and is a full member of AASW or is eligible for membership with the AASW.
25. Current Driver's Licence.
The Registration to Work with Vulnerable People Act 2013 requires persons undertaking work in a regulated activity to be registered. A regulated activity is a child related service or activity defined in the Registration to Work with Vulnerable People Regulations 2014. This registration must remain current and valid at all times whilst employed in this role and the status of this may be checked at any time during employment.
