The Role - A Day in the Life of Scape's Investment Analyst Are you a numbers-driven, strategic thinker with a passion for real estate investment? Scape Australia is on the hunt for an Investment Analyst to play a key role in managing and growing our investment portfolio. This role offers exposure to the full investment lifecycle, from financial modelling and transactions to investor relations and strategy. You'll collaborate with teams across finance, development, and operations to drive high-value decisions and deliver investment success. This position is based in our Sydney HQ, full time, right next to Wynyard station!
No two days are the same at Scape, but here's a taste of what your day could look like: Build and refine financial models to assess potential real estate investment opportunities.Work closely with the team to manage existing assets and ensure compliance with investment guidelines.Assist in the execution of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and capital raising activities.Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to identify new investment opportunities.Prepare reports, presentations, and investment updates for internal and external stakeholders.Support the development of investment strategies by collaborating with teams across Scape.Assist in preparing materials for Investment Committee meetings, board reporting, and investor communications.What Makes You Successful You have a sharp analytical mind, a strong commercial focus, and a passion for real estate investment. You thrive in data-driven environments, balancing financial analysis with strategic thinking to support key investment decisions.
