The Role
We're seeking a SIM and Number Operations Manager to join our Mobile & Home product department. This team is responsible for managing all Optus branded products across Postpaid mobile, Prepaid Mobile, Home, and Connected devices for Optus Consumer and Small Business.
This pivotal role supports the end-to-end service of SIM and Number distribution, supply and demand planning across the business.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Manage vendor performance across physical SIM, eSIM, and kitting supply and distribution, ensuring vendors adhere to regulatory and contractual obligations.
* Purchasing and supply receipt planning in accordance with S&OP and inventory plans.
* Oversight of number movement, allocation, and replenishment across the organization (including fixed, mobile, and TAS numbers).
* Coordination of regular reconciliation of number pools across all business units across Optus and challenger brands.
* Execution of supply and replenishment planning with high accuracy and autonomy.
* Represent the Numbers & SIMs service across Optus.
* Identification and delivery of continuous improvement initiatives across the service and service boundary connection points.
Your Skills
* Extensive digital product management and/or technical product management and Demand Planning experience.
* Proven background in driving programs of work for revenue and customer outcomes.
* Experience managing collaborators in complex environments and influencing at various levels.
* Experience in managing platform and technology risk.
* P&L and Budget management experience.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, as well as thought leadership abilities.
