Talent Development Advisor KHMS Apply locations Freshwater time type Full time posted on Posted 2 Days Ago job requisition id R-88162 Job Description About the Role The Talent Development Advisor is responsible for the KHMS training requirements across ANZ. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to ensure that training needs are met. Key Responsibilities: Advises HRBP's and sites on the KHMS training chapter. Responsible for the KHMS PLD Pillar, ensuring consistent delivery of KHMS PLD activities across the sites. Supports HRBP's and people leaders with tools and resources to support the delivery of key KPI's such as absenteeism and workforce planning deliverables (right people, right skills, right time). Works with people leaders on building out and assessing qualification cards. Conducts training gap analysis from data received on qualification cards. Develops centralised repository for sites to upload and store qualification cards and skills matrices. Works with other talent development advisors on training plan and relaying the gap analysis. Sets up dedicated routines with the site on the status of qualifications cards, training budget allocation each month. Establish required skills for specific roles and complete gap analysis and closure plans. Ensure site teams are executing all the training as per the training calendar. Facilitate training sessions when necessary, ensuring that training objectives are met. Coordinate external trainers, vendors, and specialists for specific subject areas. About You Previous experience in a similar role, with at least 2-3 years in training coordination, human resources, or learning and development. Experience in designing and delivering training programs. Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) is preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and training-related software. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
