Casual/Vacation
Sunrise Home Care offer services to consumers in their own homes across the Mid Coast. We’re a passionate team who love to support the health and wellbeing of older Australians in their own homes. Our company Directors are focused on investing in our people and want to see the company grow ‘The Sunrise Way.’
At Sunrise we take pride in providing equal opportunity and do not discriminate against race, age, national or ethnic origin, gender or marital status, religion, or sexual orientation.
The Opportunity
At Sunrise Home Care we are dedicated to providing a culture that prioritises the wellbeing and happiness of our team members ensuring that our consumers receive the highest level of care possible at all times. Due to business growth, we are looking to increase our team of Personal Care Assistants and are seeking experienced workers to join us on a casual agreement.
A day in the role involves providing personalised care to our consumers, ensuring their comfort and wellbeing throughout the day. This includes assisting them with activities of daily living and lifestyle, such as grooming, dressing, and engaging in recreational activities. Additionally, it involves providing timely nutrition and hydration to meet their dietary needs and maintaining their dignity throughout the care process. Accurate documentation of daily care notes and observations is essential to track their progress and ensure continuity of care. Collaboration with the team is crucial to ensure consistent and coordinated care delivery, fostering a supportive environment for both consumers and caregivers alike.
