Public sector knowledge and a relevant qualification (or working towards one) will be highly regarded. We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Officer, People & Capability to provide essential support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle, HR administration, and people-related reporting. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely service delivery, strong stakeholder support, and accurate record keeping within a dynamic and collaborative HR environment. What You'll Be Doing ✔️ Managing the People & Capability inbox and triaging enquiries ✔️ Providing accurate HR advice to employees and managers on policies and procedures ✔️ Updating and maintaining HR templates, policies, and documentation ✔️ Coordinating people processes such as performance reviews and contract updates ✔️ Preparing HR memos and correspondence, maintaining thorough records ✔️ Collaborating with colleagues across the broader People & Capability team to deliver high-quality HR support What We're Looking For We're after someone who is highly organised, adaptable, and people-focused.
