Role Overview: Public Sector People are partnering with a State Government Department to employ an AO2 Administration Officer on a contract basis. In this role you will provide efficient, effective, and reliable clerical and administrative support to enable the team to meet its strategic, business and operational objectives. This role has a high focus on data entry and file movement. Key Responsibilities: Perform administrative tasks to enable the efficient and effective collection, administration, and compliance Manage correspondence (e.g. processing, and distribution) in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner. Proactively and efficiently respond to queries from internal and external clients Updating and transferring details in the system Strong Data Entry Requirements: Working knowledge of digital and data technology/systems.
