Enjoy great benefits and a friendly culture: • In-store discounts on products you love; • KPI program and bonus scheme available; • Annual performance and salary evaluations; • Online training portal with chances to win prizes and gift cards; • Training workshops at our Support Office; • Prioritised training and development with options for certificate courses; • Free flu vaccinations; • Access to the Employee Assistance Program; • Free on-site parking; • A supportive, welcoming team within a stable and expanding organisation Duties: • Supporting and managing the team in collaboration with the Pharmacist; • Managing expectations of our valuable customers; • Creating rosters; • Conducting staff meetings, performance reviews and identifying training needs; • Implementing promotions and catalogues in store; • Managing of all inventory control responsibilities for the pharmacy – ensuring to maintain an accurate stock database; • Identifying discrepancies and conducting investigations as required; • Data entry - processing invoices; • Liaising with sales and supplier representatives; • Working closely with the Business Development Manager to achieve store goals; Skills and Experience: • Pharmacy or retail management experience beneficial; • Dispensary experience preferred; • Certificate III in Community Pharmacy or above preferred; • Competent computer skills across Microsoft Office and POS software; • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; and • Highly organised with outstanding attention to detail.
