About the Role:
* Develop long-term partnerships with customers by anticipating their needs and providing win/win solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Actively pursue new business opportunities while maintaining the current customer base.
2. Maintain focus on company profit margins.
3. Develop knowledge of financing options to assist customers.
4. Attend applicable sales training events/seminars.
5. Stay informed on competitor activity within the region.
You will bring the following skills and experience:
* Previous sales experience, ideally in the machinery industry.
* Lead the sales effort for the full line of new and used John Deere agricultural & Turf Equipment.
* Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Suite, CRM & sales software systems.
* Exceptional customer service skills.
* Ability to seek sales opportunities.
* Professional presentation.
