What you'll be doingWe are seeking a highly skilled Storage and Backup Engineer with an enthusiastic sense of customer support. You will need to communicate and coordinate with clients to achieve success.
The role will involve:
Delivery of technical support for the client/server environment in relation to storage and backupsMaintaining backups and restores both on-prem and cloudProviding advice and guidance on storage and backup infrastructure configuration and environment leading practicesPatching and upgrading storage and backup systems in line with policy to ensure a secure and stable environmentLiaising with service providers to investigate and resolve issues and provide root cause analysis of supported systemsAssisting in maintaining a knowledge base of documentation such as as-builts/SOP/Wi for supported systemsEnsuring timely resolution of incidents against SLAWorking ConditionsBased in CanberraContractAustralian Citizen with NV1 Security ClearanceWhat will make you successful in this role?5 years plus experience in Storage and Backup in enterprise environmentsExperience with Commvault (using on-prem and Cloud storage) and Commvault Cloud (Metallic)Experience with enterprise storage including NetAppHighly Relevant certifications - Commvault, Veeam, NetAppWhy is this an exciting opportunity?Atturra is one of the fastest growing ASX-listed advisory and IT solutions companies in Australia, giving you a strong foundation to fulfil your career ambitions.
