About the Job Based at our branch in Edinburgh Park and reporting to the Sales Manager, we're searching for applicants interested in embarking on a career in internal sales and estimating.Duties will include but are not limited to: General administration duties.Assisting customers with product selectionAssisting with quoting/estimating and responding to phone and website enquiries.Maintaining great relationships with our existing prepaid and account customers.Building new relationships with potential customers.Liaison with internal departments - accounts, production, and despatch.Extensive training will be given in the use of our computer programs. About You The successful applicant will display the following attributes:Experience in a previous sales role highly regarded.Be experienced in servicing and dealing with customers face to face and via telephone and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.Competent computer skills.Accurate and efficient data entry ability.Be well presented.Have excellent communication and time managements skills.Demonstrate an eye for detail.Be enthusiastic and goal oriented.The ability to be a team player and work within a close-knit team.Have a desire to develop and progress within the business with a view to representing the business externally.
