Hays is currently working with an infrastructure services provider based in Australia and New Zealand that provides a range of services to clients in both the public and private sectors.
Your new role
As a key member of the team, the responsibilities and duties of this role will include, but not be restricted to:
* Provide administrative support for training programs, surveys, and non-accredited training.
* Act as a communication link between employees, supervisors, and general managers.
* Handle training enquiries, enrolments, and maintain student records.
* Coordinate communications, documentation, attendance, and facilities for training events.
* Update and manage the training calendar and schedules.
* Process vendor setups and purchase orders.
* Set up courses and class offerings in line with strategies and requirements.
* Support apprenticeships/traineeships, including preparing government-compliant training plans.
* Assist students with enrolments, portals, materials, and instructions.
* Allocate training costs to relevant business units.
* Perform QA checks, ensure data integrity, and issue certifications.
* Compile and report data using tools like PowerBI, SurveyMonkey, SharePoint, and SuccessFactors.
What you will have
* Experience within the national training system and working with quality processes.
* Proven ability to execute training-related programs and administration.
* Entry-level qualifications in business administration, human resources, or similar, OR equivalent experience.
