As a Sales Team Leader, you’ll shape and drive our Health Insurance sales team to new heights. Based in our St Kilda Road office in Melbourne, you’ll lead a dynamic team of 10-15 sales professionals in an environment that champions growth, innovation and success. Key Responsibilities Coach and develop a high performing phone-based sales team through hands-on leadership and regular coaching sessions Drive performance through data driven insights and KPI management Implement and optimise sales strategies to maximise conversion rates Facilitate cross selling initiatives across Compare Club’s product suite. Manage complex customer scenarios and support team problem solving Bridge communication between front-line teams and senior management Experience & Skills Minimum 2 years ‘ leadership experience in high performance sales environment Proven track record in outbound sales team management Experience with performance management and development programs Strong analytical skills for sale reporting and trend analysis Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities Advanced proficiency in CRM systems and Google Workplace Highly Regarded Health insurance industry experience Call center management background Experience in sales training program implementation Diversity and Inclusion Compare Club is an equal opportunity employer.
