The Role
Our client seeks a Part-Time Assistant Store Manager for their DFO Perth store. Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll oversee daily operations, motivate the team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences - ideal for a driven retail leader who thrives in abusy outlet environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the Store Manager with operations, financial reporting, and stock management
* Leading and coaching the team to meet KPIs and deliver premium service
* Driving sales through consultative customer interactions and relationship-building
* Maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and in-store styling
* Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, including stock replenishment and store presentation
We're searching for a retail leader who:
* Has proven experience in retail management or customer service
* Is passionate about premium styling
* Excels at inspiring and coaching teams to meet KPIs and budgets
* Possesses strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
* Demonstrates high standards in grooming and presentation
* Has strong visual merchandising, stock management, and rostering skills
* Is flexible to work approximately 28 hours/week
