* Deploy Office/Microsoft 365 Environments
* Deploy Azure AD Environments
* Deploy advanced Microsoft 365 Services including Enterprise and Mobility
* Architect Office/Microsoft 365 Service Environments
* Maintenance of On-Premise and Azure Active Directory environments including Group Policies
* Assist in maintaining and deploying other Client applications and environments
* Leading initiatives for researching and deploying new applications
* Coordinating various IT Staff and Operations
* Assist in managing Support Services and related deliverables
* Working with End-Users and Vendors to support applications and environments
* Working with Client Stakeholders on strategy and vision
* Supporting Client initiatives remotely and on-premise

Our Cloud Infrastructure Services practice brings together the right technology, processes, and culture to deliver business agility and cost reduction to our clients. We provide cloud focused delivery services on areas such as hybrid cloud, workplace services, security, and cloud service management/delivery.
Let’s talk about your capability and experience
* Have 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
* Manage Active Directory for user and group management
* Office 365 administration (Teams, Exchange Online, Azure Active Directory, Compliance, Security, Intune for Education)
* Expertise in managing Microsoft Azure, including Azure AD Connect, Azure AD, and Azure IAM.
* In-depth understanding of the security and information access challenges around Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365 and other cloud services in a regulated environment
* Familiarity with backup solutions such as Veeam or similar.
* Utilise automation tools: ManageEngine Patch Manager, ADManager
* Provide helpdesk support using ServiceDesk Application
* Manage Windows Endpoint using Intune, including app management and customization, and collaborate with Mac Admin to support Apple devices
* Utilize Malwarebytes and Crowdstrike for endpoint protection, implement network security policies, identify threats and develop defence strategies, and regularly upgrade security agents
* A hunger for knowledge with the passion to learn about the latest innovations in the industry, which you will enjoy sharing with the wider team
