Job Description
Position Summary:
A Steward / Kitchen Porter is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all food preparation and storage areas within the hotel, ensuring proper equipment maintenance and providing exceptional service to guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Clean and maintain restaurant(s), kitchen(s) and all food outlets to the highest standards.
* Ensure storerooms are clean and tidy at all times.
* Maintain hygiene and health and safety standards in accordance with hotel policies.
* Collaborate with the kitchen team to provide excellent service to our guests.
Requirements:
* Previous experience handling chemicals and a valid food hygiene qualification.
* A passion for delivering great service and a professional attitude.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and autonomously.
