We're looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to help drive our business forward and deliver exceptional customer experiences.Position Overview: As a Caravan Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Caravan World's range of products, which includes both new and second-hand caravans. This is a frontline role that often serves as the first point of contact for our customers. Your main goal is to provide them with a positive and knowledgeable experience while guiding them to find the perfect caravan for their needs.You'll work closely with the Sales Manager and the sales team, implementing proven sales strategies to meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall profitability of the business.Full training will be provided by our experienced Sales Manager and team to ensure you are equipped with the product knowledge and sales techniques needed for success.Key AccountabilitiesSaturday Availability: Applicants must be available to work Saturdays (8:45 am to 3:30 pm). Please apply only if you can commit to this schedule.Work Schedule: This is a full-time role with a 5-day workweek, including Sundays off and one selected weekday off, allowing for a balanced work/play lifestyle.Professional Brand Representation: Always represent Caravan World in a professional manner, ensuring the brand's reputation for quality and customer service is upheld.Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet individual sales targets by understanding customer needs and guiding them through the entire sales process to successful outcomes.Support Branch Sales Goals: Contribute to the branch's overall sales target by actively participating in team initiatives and achieving personal sales goals.Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term, positive relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business.Prospecting & Follow-up: Maintain a high level of prospecting and follow-up activity to build and sustain a steady pipeline of potential sales.Sales Documentation: Ensure all sales paperwork, customer communications, and pricing information are accurate and up to date.Customer Feedback: Provide valuable feedback to help improve products, services, and the sales process, ensuring Caravan World continually enhances its offerings.Policy Adherence: Follow all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and consistency across all tasks.Sales Reporting & Administration: Deliver accurate and timely sales reports and complete other administrative tasks as required.Team Collaboration: Build and maintain positive working relationships with the team, contributing to a cohesive and productive work environment.Caravan Maintenance: Assist with the daily opening and closing of caravans, ensuring they are presented to the highest standards for customers.Inventory Management: Photograph stock and create accurate online listings promptly to maintain up-to-date digital inventories.General Dealership Support: Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to perform any tasks necessary to ensure the dealership operates smoothly and successfully.Performance-Based Role: This role is performance-driven, with earning potential linked to individual sales performance and overall dealership success.Required SkillsSales Experience: Proven success in a sales environment, with a strong understanding that the primary goal is to sell caravans and related products.Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
