Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across your services. Proactively review quality and compliance data, identify trends, and ensure the delivery of Quality Improvement Plans (QIP) and optimal Assessment and Rating outcomes. Ensure the delivery of top-tier education and care in alignment with National Quality Standards (NQS) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). Oversee workforce planning and recruitment, ensuring the right talent is in place to achieve operational goals. Monitor and support services to meet financial, quality, and operational targets. Develop and implement improvement plans for any underperforming services. Build strong relationships within the community and across the Busy Bees network. What We Are Looking For: Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent). Proven experience in a leadership role within the Early Childhood Education sector. Strong understanding of the regulations and standards governing childcare services. Valid Working with Children's Check. First Aid Certification (optional).
