Cultivate industry relationships and networks to enable new business development and diversification.
Drive a safety-first culture throughout the transport team.
Prepare and manage transport budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting.

Key Requirements
Minimum 10 years' experience in transport operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Extensive experience managing large fleets, with specific expertise in over-dimensional (over-width and over-height) transport.
Deep understanding of Australian transport regulations, including Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and NHVR legislation.

Demonstrated capability in systemising and scaling transport operations for growth.
Outstanding leadership and team management skills, with a hands-on and solutions-focused approach.
High level of autonomy, initiative, and accountability.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent industry certifications (desirable).
