Join Goodstart Early Learning as our SAP Project Manager, leading and coordinating a multidisciplinary team to assess Goodstart’s current SAP environment.
You'll explore future state options and build readiness for a seamless migration to a cloud-based SAP solution. Your strong leadership skills, strategic oversight, stakeholder engagement and meticulous planning will ensure migration success and alignment across our teams.

Your Impact:
As the SAP Project Manager, you will:
* Identify and engage the right internal teams and external partners necessary to support the transition readiness program
* Develop a detailed project plan that aligns with organisational objectives and migration prerequisites
* Align the Goodstart and EY Technologies SAP support teams with the overall strategic direction
* Develop a data retention and archiving policy, ensuring alignment with organisational and regulatory requirements
* Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and shared understanding of project goals
* Guide stakeholders through an assessment of the current SAP environment
* Identify, document, and proactively manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as required
* Ensure all critical considerations for migration prerequisites and processes are addressed in order to secure necessary approvals from Management and the Board

You’ll bring to the table:
* Bachelor's degree or similar in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
* Professional certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
* Minimum of 10 years' experience in IT project management, with at least 5 years leading SAP projects
* Deep understanding of SAP systems, migration processes, and cloud-based SAP solutions
* Demonstrated experience in managing major system upgrades and readiness assessments
* Proven experience in developing and implementing data governance and retention strategies
* Strong background in cost-benefit analysis and business case development
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to senior management
