You will be reporting to the Head of Museums and Experiences and will be integral to the continued success of the department and the business. Our team is strong, confident & experienced and they believe in collaboration and teamwork.About the RoleInternal & External Liaison: Maintaining strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders and suppliers ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction from start to finish.Quoting: Quote on all parts of the project from in-house production to third party outsourced elements. Check costings and scopes ensuring profitability while managing project outcomes.Project planning and management: Build and manage comprehensive project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, budget management, coordinate cross-functional teams, quality control of third party integrated products and services, risk management and communication to ensure on-time delivery of projects.Production Installation: Lead onsite delivery, team leadership for the installation of high-quality exhibition elements. Work with third party suppliers to ensure the highest standards of workmanship and adherence to design specifications. Support the client through handover.Compliance: Quality & Safety: Adhere to strict safety regulations and take responsibility for SWMS, inductions, project site compliance, audits and internal reporting.Quality: Manage quality throughout the Project to the highest standards working alongside production and operational staff to ensure the best possible outcomes.Reporting and Accountability: Project costing reports, variations, invoice claims, labour and materials as well as supplier quotations, management and control.Post-Project Evaluation: Conduct thorough evaluations to identify lessons learned and inform future projects.This role will ideally suit an experienced Project Manager from the Events, Exhibition or Shop fit & Joinery industry that has an understanding of the Procurement, Production and installation process.
