About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and genuine team player to join our friendly staff in the Cairns Region. This is great opportunity for someone who is looking for an opportunity to start their career in the finance industry and who is looking for a great work/life balance.
As a Personal Banking Consultant your main objective will be to provide an exceptional level of personalised service to Members and guide them to a successful outcome by identifying individual needs, problem solving and proactively promoting our products and services.
This is a fulltime 12-month contract position based on a 38 hour work week. The successful applicant will be based at the Earlville but may also be required to work at any branch within the Cairns region as required.
About You
* Demonstrated sales experience and cash handling experience
* High attention to detail
* Exceptional communication & customer service skills
* A demonstrated ability to positively adapt to change
* Ability to quickly build rapport with people and work as a supportive team member
* Experience in the Finance industry (desirable)
