About the Job
We're seeking creative and passionate individuals to join our Visual Merchandising teams at the Cotton On Group.
As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the creation of engaging visual stories for our brands and deliver exceptional execution of in-store displays.

About You
* Relevant degree or qualification in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, or a related field.
* Experience in a Visual Merchandising role, preferably in a similar capacity.
* Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing and developing a team.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
* Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on creativity, innovation, and flexibility.
* Ability to control budgets, plan ahead, and foresee opportunities.
* Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office.
