Role Overview: As a UX Designer, you will lead digital design efforts, build user-friendly solutions, and ensure alignment with accessibility and inclusive design principles. About the Person: We’re seeking a collaborative and proactive professional with a strong background in UX design, excellent communication skills, and a passion for accessibility. Key Responsibilities: Deliver customer-focused UX designs that enhance satisfaction and efficiency. Conduct user research, usability testing, and accessibility reviews. Develop and maintain reusable design components within a design system. Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation. Provide basic front-end development support to prototype concepts. Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: • Proven experience in UX design and delivering design systems. • Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. • Strong knowledge of WCAG accessibility and inclusive design principles. • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. • Experience in IT project delivery with the ability to meet deadlines.
