We are seeking a technical expert to join our team and accelerate the implementation of digital engineering approaches to solve our customer's problems.Join our Joint Systems business unit in Brisbane where we're commencing several programs that tackle complex Command, Control, Communications, and Computers (C4) problems for the Australian Defence Force (ADF).ResponsibilitiesDevelop the digital engineering approach for Defence programs, including development of digital engineering plans and processesContribute directly to program deliverablesMentor and provide on-the-job training to colleagues to develop digital engineering skillsParticipate in multi-disciplinary communities of practice to share best practices and influence the evolution of Boeing tools and processesCollaborate with end users, customers, suppliers, and peer organizations to tailor Boeing's digital engineering approaches to solve real-world problems.Experience/QualificationsHave a systems engineering background with a mixture of architecture, design, and integration experience in complex defence technology programs.Have experience in successfully applying MBSE and other digital engineering techniques to complex programs.Enjoy helping others learn.Have extensive experience in tailoring UAF or like frameworks to solve specific problems.Have experience using MBSE modelling tools such as No Magic MagicDraw, Cameo, or Dassault Systems Magic System of Systems Architect.EligibilityApplicants must be Australian Citizens to meet defence security requirements.About UsWe are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace.
