The role of the Disability Support Worker (DSW) is regarded as essential in the daily living of many Australians. Beyond the most common aspects of this role, such as meal assistance or keeping people safe, DSWs play an invaluable role in assisting people with a disability to make social connections and to feel part of their community.
At The Companion Group, we regard the role of the DSW as the heart and soul of our service.
