Company BackgroundSCRG operates 12 locations across the East coast of Australia and continues to look for growth opportunities.SCRG's customers include insurers, motor vehicle fleet operators, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), commercial, government customers and motor vehicle owners.Location: Unanderra 2526Main Scope And Purpose Of The RoleIn this role the successful candidate will book customers' vehicles in for repairs, provide regular updates to both customers and insurance partners, and provide ad hoc support to the repair team. Our shops are high volume repair centers, so the candidate needs to be organized and comfortable working in a busy environment. This role will see you committed to providing excellent administrative assistance that supports the entire office.Key accountabilities for this varied role are listed (but not limited to):Great work ethic: reliable, punctual, and hardworking.Computer Skills: Able to use iBodyshop and basic Microsoft Word and Excel (preferred but not required).Manage reception including answering and directing all phone calls and assisting walk-in clients with excellent communication skills.Monitoring and responding to the office administration email.Entering invoices.Inventory management.Provide assistance with finance functions, working closely with our finance team.Ability to book in hire cars for customers when needed.Able to multi-task.Ability to work as part of a team and independently to complete assigned jobs.If you're looking for a rewarding career in the motor vehicle industry, please 'Apply Now'.
