We are on the lookout for a full-time People & Community Manager to support the growth and engagement of our consulting teams and to manage engagement with our vibrant community that has grown over 25 years in business and across four offices.

Experience in a Public Relations Agency or similar will be a real advantage.Working closely with location MDs, the CEO and the Finance/Ops team to implement our People & Community strategyYou will be part of all the key People practices:Talent AcquisitionInternational CommunicationOrientation/onboardingPerformance frameworkLifecycle administrationCultural initiativesOversight of our HRIS with our National Admin Manager (in Melbourne)Oversight of OH&S and other workplace compliance requirementsCommunity advocacy & engagement programsAbout You:Tertiary qualifications in HR, psychology or related - a communications/PR qualification with some HR related experience will be considered3-4 years People & Culture advisor experience in small to medium sized organisationsAbility to multitask and prioritise effectivelyAbility to build positive working relationshipsExceptional attention to detail and organisational skillsCreative thinker - ability to leverage being an independent consultancy with an attitude that we are 'limited by nothing' on our quest to develop careers and look after our people and communityAbility to exercise initiative and work both independently and collaborativelyStrong communication skills - excellent writerPR/Media/Advertising Agency or similar industryThis role will suit someone who loves fast-paced environments and the dynamics of the public relations and media industry.
