The Breakfast Assistant Manager loves everything about mornings! They challenge our expectations and brings new and exciting ideas to create exceptional guest experiences across our amazing spaces.
This position is responsible for all aspects of Capitol Bar & Grill Breakfast operations. The emphasis is on customer satisfaction, striving towards better standards of service, implementing and training sequence of service, improved systems and procedures and starting peoples days off in the best way possible.

Skills & experience
· Demonstrated experience as a Front of House manager in a similar role
· Must be available early mornings.
· The ability to work under pressure in one of Canberra's busiest restaurants
· Passion for service excellence
· Excellent presentation and exceptional communication skills
· Team player
