About the role
The Marine Environment Technology Technical Assistant provides assistance with the care and maintenance of Batavia Coast Maritime Institute (BCMI) aquaculture stock, boats, greenhouses, plants, systems and equipment. The role is also responsible for providing support to lecturing and research and development staff.
To be successful in this role you will have experience in an aquaculture or aquatic science environment, including maintaining livestock and equipment.
You may also have experience working in a natural resource management or horticulture environment, including maintaining plants and greenhouses.
