About the Crew
Our Crew “Secure Money Movement” sits in the Customer Engagement and Digital Domain, and we’re responsible for designing and building intelligent solutions and features for NetBank and CommBank App. Our mission is to deliver best-in-class digital experiences for moving money, while safeguarding our customers from the ever-evolving landscape of fraud and scams.

* Are familiar with the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) with a focus on excellent UXs, CI/CD, automated testing, infrastructure cloud pipelines, logging and monitoring.
* Have strong front-end technical skills while being able to understand and troubleshoot backend APIs
* Contribute to a culture where quality, excellence and openness are championed.
* Have a natural drive to educate, communicate and positively influence various stakeholder groups including high level executives.
* Can coach & mentor junior engineers, share knowledge to uplift and improve software development practices.
* Can perform code quality control through peer programming, code review and automated pipeline release management.
Tech Skills:
We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don’t expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these will set you up for success in this team:
* Expertise with React including component architecture, lifecycle and state management
* Solid experience with Typescript, CSS, layouts, HTML & accessibility best practices
* Design systems and component libraries such as React MUI
* Web performance and security
* Proficiency in automated testing methodologies and frameworks such as Jest, Playwright, and/or Cypress
* Experience with .Net APIs
* Public cloud technology such as AWS or Azure
