We're on the lookout for a dynamic Finance & Insurance Consultant to join our team!

As part of our team, you'll work alongside the dedicated sales teams at both John Cole Toyota and Cole Motor Group, supporting customers through one of the most exciting purchases of their lives.
What You'll Do : Provide finance, insurance, and aftermarket product solutions for new and used vehicles in line with Toyota Finance Service standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, lenders, and internal teams.
Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and cost-effective options in an engaging and professional manner.
Ensure accurate and timely preparation of all financial documentation.
Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to achieve and exceed monthly performance targets.
Ensure full compliance with all legal, regulatory, and finance provider standards.
Stay current with product knowledge and complete all required training and accreditation.
Work Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a fortnightly half-day Saturday (8:30 am - 12:00 noon) on a rotational roster with the other F&I Consultant.
What You Bring : Proven experience in sales, finance, or insurance (automotive industry experience highly regarded).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
A customer-first mindset and a genuine passion for delivering solutions.
Accreditation with finance providers (or willingness to obtain).
