We are seeking an experienced SAP IBP Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP's Integrated Business Planning module. This role requires a deep understanding of supply chain processes and the ability to translate business requirements into system functionality to improve planning capabilities and business performance.Some of your responsibilities will include: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into SAP IBP solutions. Configure and implement SAP IBP to enhance business planning processes, including demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization, and sales and operations planning (S&OP). Lead the end-to-end implementation process, including requirement gathering, system design, configuration, testing, training, and post-go-live support. Develop functional specifications for custom developments and work closely with the technical team to ensure accurate implementation. Conduct user training sessions and create training materials to ensure successful adoption of the SAP IBP system. Provide expert advice on SAP IBP best practices and continuous improvement opportunities. Troubleshoot and resolve any SAP IBP related issues to ensure smooth system operation. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP IBP features and releases and assess their potential impact on the business. Work closely with the integration team to ensure seamless data flow between SAP IBP and other enterprise systems. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP IBP configuration and implementation. Strong understanding of supply chain processes and planning concepts. Proven track record of successful SAP IBP project delivery. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. SAP IBP certification is highly desirable. Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
