The school seeks a dynamic Upper School Math teacher to join its faculty for the upcoming school year. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Math department and Upper School faculty to create engaging experiences for students.
Key Responsibilities
1. Teach six classes of math to 9th-12th grade students, utilizing evidence-based practices to foster deep conceptual understanding and procedural fluency.
2. Plan and deliver instructional activities that promote active learning, staying current on the latest research in math education.
3. Establish a positive classroom culture aligned with the school's mission and values.
4. Maintain accurate records of student progress and growth, providing open and timely communication with parents and stakeholders.
5. Contribute to the cohesion and rigor of the math department, serving as an advisor to a small group of students.

Qualifications
