Workplace Planning Manager Clough has an exciting opportunity for Workforce Reporting and Analytics Lead to join the HR Function based in Brisbane, Sydney or Perth. Reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources you will lead the HR and workforce reporting and manage demand planning visibility and accuracy in line with our global group reporting requirements. Your focus will include: Providing subject matter expertise to the business groups and projects on the workforce statistics and demand profiles, including JV projects. Leading the delivery and maintenance of the workforce reporting requirements and large data sets, accurately providing harmonised and integrated analysis of headcount actuals and forecasts to plan for integration into the global system. Providing dashboard reporting and analytics on the local and regional people data and trends. Collaborating with Business Development and the precontracts functions to identify project and growth target bench strength and capacity planning. What you will bring to the team: Critical and complex thinking and analysis, coupled with the ability to respectfully challenge and create a standard of visibility and consistency. Experience building and maintaining reporting data, Power BI and/or other innovative tools. Practical experience in a range of HRIS systems (SAP, Oracle, Success Factors, Workday or My Pass). Previous experience in Workforce Reporting & Analytics. Attention to detail and ability to assess and question inaccuracies. Engage with projects to drive accurate data results.
