The Remuneration & Benefits Lead will play a key role in leading the remuneration function at Lifeblood to ensure the remuneration strategy is fit for purpose, supports a performance-based culture, and enables Lifeblood strategies.The role is accountable for implementing and executing salary programs and policies involving research, analyses, and development of modifications to remuneration and benefits programs to meet organizational objectives and needs. This critical role involves significant interaction with internal and external parties, therefore requires excellent customer and stakeholder relationship management skills to be a trusted advisor to People & Culture peers and business leaders.Sound interesting?
